2020-21 Academic Year Housing Information

Returning Student Housing Application

It is time for 2020-21 housing sign-ups! Below is a timeline of the process:

  • Monday, February 3 (noon) - The 2020-21 housing application opens on the . 
    • *Please note, for rising juniors and seniors, housing on-campus will be limited next academic year, and priority will be given based on the date/time the application is completed.
    • This portion of the application includes:
      • Agreeing to the 2020-21 Housing and Dining Terms and Conditions
      • Updating Emergency Contact info
      • Updating housing profile preferences
  • Friday, February 14 (4pm) - priority deadline for Neighborhood Option application. For more information on what a Neighborhood is, check out our Applications page!
  • Week of February 17 - housing tours will be offered in all apartment areas. More information to be provided via email and by your RA!
  • Friday, February 28 (4pm) - deadline for housing application and final deadline for Neighborhood option.
  • Week of March 23 - roommate and room selection will occur during the last week of March and first few weeks of April. More information will be provided via email!

Each room contains a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, which is shared among the residents of that room (single rooms have a private bathroom, double rooms share the bathroom with those two students, etc.)

Valley A 
(Formerly Missions A) 

Single and double rooms.

Each floor is a suite of 8 residents, with two shared bathrooms with shower, toilet and sinks. All residents in the suite share these bathrooms, regardless of the room occupancy type. 

Valley B
